Cannot Click Post Options on Community Expert-tagged Posts

This appears to be an issue with posts that are tagged with the “Community Expert” flag, but I just caught this issue when trying to access dropdown menus on Matt’s post from another topic. Doesn’t seem to be happening to anyone else’s in that thread. Could be a z-index issue, not sure.
