Don’t know if its a bug but you can’t click these icons to mark the forum as read

    This is an intentional design choice.

    The “Mark as read” link is at the top of every topic list. The removal of the feature from the category list saves users from accidentally marking an entire forum as read.

    No, the link to the topic starter is already available a couple of pixels away, so there was no need to link the avatars too.

    The dual avatars indicate that you have participated in the topic.

    No, again it’s to prevent accidental clicks especially when on mobile.

    The second icon is the last poster as discussed in your topic where Ehren showed the CSS needed to return the last poster photo.
