Font face and text alignment buttons bug

If I open Edit profile page through main navigation, I see this: no text-align icon and font’s name is in one-letter column:

When I open Edit profile pop-up window from Profile page, I see another result, there should be an icon:

And when I edit this post, it looks like this (normally, except that the “Default” looks broken):

“Default” looks bad until I select it again:
