Actually, you can only sell digital items as the site owner. Commerce in version 5 doesnt have shipping etc for physical goods.

If you are looking for things to be added, you would need to post in the feedback area. Its worth bearing in mind however that invision isn’t just forums, so it wouldnt be as simple as a dropdown.

You already can. Its done in exactly the same way as a page which has a database. In the pages section of the admin CP, set it to default using the dropdown at the side of that page, and set the pages application as the default application for your instance
