In the ACP under notification settings these toggles are default enabled but inactive not “green” you only can see they are enabled by position not color.

If this boolean is not modifiable another affirmative color indicator should be displayed but not convey modifiability.

Thanks, this was adjusted recently. “Disabled checked inputs” are now just faded in opacity like v4.
