I believe it's important not to underestimate the members of the community by presenting repetitive and omnipresent elements on the page. This unnecessarily clutters the interface, distracts from what's essential, and hinders focus on the most important topics.

Some features take up too much space to be displayed daily without any real benefit. Why not make them visible only to guests or members who have been registered for a certain period? This would prevent the need to scroll down to reach what truly matters.

A concrete example: the "Open a New Topic" button placed between two messages in a discussion thread. Such an element could be less prominent or relocated to streamline the display.

Members, whether registered or not, are not as incapable of understanding as some might think. There's no need to overly simplify things by placing all the features right in front of them. Certain functions, which are rarely used, can be found by those who need them. Similarly, placing a prominently displayed button in unnecessary spots to start a new topic won't necessarily encourage them to write one."
