Currently you can toggle the Online Event toggle and it shows the URL field; but then hides the address location, however the location is still rendered on the front end.
Perhaps the Location info should remain visible when editing/creating the event and these toggles should be used for the front end display.
In reality there here are 3 distinct possible options, and each could have their own RSVP limit.
